BB: The Metaverse

Interest in the metaverse is high, especially after the VWBPE conference that recently concluded in Second Life. It is of particular interest to SL residents who believe we live in a prototype of the metaverse. There are various embodiments that can express the metaverse, such as virtual world platforms, virtual reality, augmented reality and so forth. Powerful Tech and business interests are involved in creating the metaverse, including Mark Zuckerberg, crypto ideologues, universities, and financial institutions.
